This is the required 40 hours of field training for Washington home inspector license

Washington Home Inspector Field Training

Forty (40) hours of field training is required to get your home inspector license in Washington state. Field training consists of going on site to actual home inspections with experienced inspectors.

You, the student, get one-on-one guidance to complete 5 full inspections with written reports. You learn the proper procedures for thorough home inspections. And you learn to deal with both clients and real estate professionals.

Field Training Cost

The cost for the complete 40 hours of field training through Washington Professional Home Inspector School is $1000.

Includes all paperwork required for submission to the state.
