Nathan Wilkins is the owner and inspector of Highland Inspection Services. From knob and tube to post and pillar, Highland Inspection Services’ Craig Griffin is the home inspector who has seen it all. Born and raised in Lakewood, Craig is no stranger to the Puget Sound Area and grew up learning the ins and outs of building construction alongside his father and mentor. Not only does he put your home’s safety as his top priority, Craig also embraces his role as a local Firefighter. Safety is always on Craig’s mind. Craig Nelson
Property Inspector
Craig Nelson was born and raised in Spanaway, WA. As a kid he grew up playing sports and working construction with family members. Craig has worked on all aspects of home building from cement, framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, roofing, to finish work. Craig went to tech school for auto body at Clover Park Technical College, afterwards working in auto body for a couple years.
Craig spent the next twenty years working as a manager in the retail and banking industries. One of those positions brought him north to Bellingham, WA where he met his wife. Craig and his wife have two children and a small family farm in Lynden, WA. He took the Residential Home Inspection course at Bellingham Technical College in 2020 and received his state license in July of 2021. Craig covers the north end of Snohomish, Island, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties.
