ONLINE OR IN-PERSON CLASSES
FUNDAMENTALS OF HOME INSPECTION
The Fundamentals Of Home Inspection course fulfills the mandatory 120 class hours required by the state. Our 2-week online course or in-person class in Tacoma is board-approved to fast track your license!
10 week Night Class available once a Quarter.
FIELD TRAINING
40 hours of field training is required before you can take the home inspector exam to be licensed in Washington. Field training consists of shadowing experienced inspectors on 5 inspections and writing the reports.
SEWER SCOPE COURSE
Every quarter we offer courses of specialty training for sewer scopes, thermal imaging, HVAC and more. These classes qualify for Continuing Education (CE) hours for renewing licenses.
