Important: SMS Consent Is Never Sold or Shared
Your SMS consent and mobile phone number will never be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or communications purposes. SMS opt-in consent is obtained solely for Highland Inspection Services communications.

If you provide your phone number through our website form at highlandhomeinspect.com, you will see an optional SMS consent checkbox. Your consent to receive SMS is never required to receive our services.

The SMS consent checkbox is always optional and unchecked by default.

We retain your personal information as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Inspection records are retained for a minimum of five years per Washington State licensing requirements. SMS opt-in records are retained for a minimum of four years to demonstrate compliance.

- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
